I bought the game with the paypal itzzangel@live.com and still haven't received a copy of the game, is there an issue with the email.

When you buy the game with paypal, an email will be sent immediately to your paypal address. If you need to change your email address you will need to email us with the old and new email. Please make sure you check your spam filters before contacting us.

I had a similar problem i entered my email wrong i put GodlyxPwner@gmailc.om
and it should have been GodlyxPwner@gmail.com how can i fix this

I've had the same problem also. Paid but no game.

I've paid for it, but the webpage is frozen at "Awaiting payment confirmation". However I've received an email from PayPal saying everything's been transacted.

So I'm afraid to refresh just incase...

i have the same problem.

i am not getting an email and i have been sitting at the screen for about 1 hour checking my email every 5 minutes. Why is it not working

I didn't use paypal. I used the relatively newer pay by card system on the 7th of January. Well, the transaction had some sort of error at the end, so I never received a confirmation email or my access code. I've emailed support under case #4690. I've still had no response other than the initial automated response that assigned the case number. Now, the bank transaction is no longer pending and has cleared. I've tried using live chat to resolve this situation, but have never been able to get a response despite hour-long waits.

I've been patient, but at this point I need to at least see some steps being taken to resolve this issue.
