Hello,

I bought a key from a retailer but it was already used. Can I receive the redeem date somehow? I need to provide screenshots for retailer, to receive a refund or another key. I wrote an email to support regard this question, but more than 14 days there was no reply.

Hi,

Where did you buy the key from? We cannot do anything about invalid keys unless they were bought directly frim us. You would need to go back to them for a refund.
