access denied for download
Just purchased the game, my card has been charged, and when I follow the link to download, the page says access denied. Have already used 3 of my downloads to no avail. What is going on??

I got the same problem, got a mail that told me that the downloads had been reset but it still doesnt work. asked for a refund but no answer yet.
Same here i cant seem to download it as well but it has said i have used all 5 downloads
yeah and when i tried to download for mac it gave me an error and then when i came back to my files to try to download it again it said that my access was ended and i only got the instructions.txt and the pdf
