How often to administrators approve accounts?

I've been waiting a day now since the system marked my forum application as spam, and asked me to email support@introversion.co.uk, which I did, with my username immediately. How it is acceptable to make a paying customer wait this long these days is something I'm having trouble understanding, when it can all be done automatically so easily?

Can anyone here approve my account?

Also...less importantly...Why did the spam filter pick me up? I double checked that I dragged all the correct games into the column on the left. Is the captcha broken?
